IF YOU ARE STAYING AT A RENTAL PROPERTY:
- Check-in: In most cases, your rental equipment will be delivered to your rental property on your check-in date prior to your arrival. If there are any problems with your order, call 888-473-6964. If you check in prior to having your rental equipment delivered, please call us to have your delivery expedited.
- Check-out: Normal pick up time is between 8 and 10AM, prior to your check-out. Please be prepared! You may incur additional charges for items not ready
for pickup by 8AM. If we have not
retrieved the rental equipment prior to your check-out time, please leave your items in a secure place outside of your rental. Always leave bicycles locked, and leave helmets and Allen keys in the baskets. Should you check out early,
please call us prior to your departure to have equipment picked up.
IF YOU ARE STAYING AT A HOTEL OR BED & BREAKFAST:
- Check-in: We will attempt to make delivery arrangements with your hotel or bed & breakfast. If, when you arrive, your equipment has not been delivered, please call 888-473-6964 to make delivery arrangements.
- Check-out: Normal pick up time is between 8 and 10AM, prior to your check-out. Please be prepared! You may incur additional charges for items not ready for pickup by 8AM. Should you check out early, please call us prior to your departure to have equipment picked up.
